We align on the visual direction with you: realistic / stylized, 2D / 3D look, color palette, references.
Artist + AI then produce the approved frames: characters, backgrounds, lighting, atmosphere, composition.
If you also need an animatic, we create motion clips based on the approved frames.

What should I prepare before booking a project?
You only need to prepare the following basic information:
Your TVC/video objective (what you’re advertising, who it’s for, where it will run).
Expected duration and format (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, etc.).
A few reference images/videos or a campaign link you like (if available).
Brand guidelines, logo, key message, plus any must-have / must-avoid requirements.
Desired deadline and estimated budget.
Everything else—scenes, camera angles, mood & tone—BT Studio will consult on and propose for you.
What if I don’t have a clear script yet?
No worries—many of our clients start with just an idea or a few bullet points.
BT Studio can:
Help brainstorm the concept and big idea
Rewrite / refine a rough brief into a complete script
Break the story into shots (shot breakdown), suggest dialogue, VO, and key visuals for each scene

How long does it take to complete a TVC storyboard?
Typical timeline:
15s–30s TVC: around 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and the number of feedback rounds.
Rush projects can be delivered faster by agreement (express) if the team schedule allows.
AI helps speed up visualization, but every storyboard is still reviewed by an Art Director to ensure strong visual quality and clear storytelling flow.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each service package includes at least 1–2 revision rounds, such as:
Adjusting layout, camera angles, cut pacing, captions, key visuals, etc.
Refining based on feedback from the client/agency/brand team
If you need more revision rounds beyond the original package, we will clearly quote the additional cost before proceeding.
Tooling, licensing, and confidentiality
BT Studio uses multiple AI platforms for image and video, continuously updating models to optimize quality for each type of job.
For commercial projects, we prioritize tools with clear copyright policies and licensing suitable for business use.
Assets you provide (logos, product images, footage, etc.) are kept strictly confidential and used only within the scope of your project.
After full payment, you have full commercial usage rights to the storyboard, images, and final videos delivered by BT Studio.
Can BT Studio work with clients outside Vietnam?
Absolutely.
The entire process—communication, meetings, storyboard reviews, and file delivery—can be handled online via email, chat, and calls.
Files are delivered via popular cloud platforms, making it easy for both agency and brand teams to access.
